What do I get with a website from Bodysite Builder?

And for those of you with studios, we'll install a Google Map on your contact page so your customers can easily get directions to you. Plus you will be hosting with one of the most trusted companies in the business and enjoy prompt and friendly customer support.

How easy is it to make changes to my site?

Making changes to your site is a breeze with our Control Panel. You'll work on your actual site pages, and simply click to edit all the content on the pages. All the text editing features and icons are familiar and intuitive. And if you want to add or edit photos, it's a snap with the Image Manager and image editing tools.

How long will it take to get my website?

Your site will be up in 3 business days or less - although we usually get sites up within 24 hours. Remember, it won't be accessible via your domain name ( until you register the domain and point it to our servers.

Can I switch to a different site design after I've signed up?

You can switch designs any time you like, but we do charge a $99 fee each time you change templates.

I'm a physical therapist but I like one of the massage therapy designs - can I use it anyway?

You bet. You can replace the photos and text in all our templates to fit your needs. A couple of our designs have background images that can't be easily changed by you, but we can always take care of that on our end.

Do I have to host my site with Bodysite Builder?

Yes. Our sites and services are provided on a lease-only basis.

I don't have a logo. Do you design logos?

We do! Our design department can work with you to design a logo that's perfect for your business. Just fill out the form on our support page and we'll contact you with more information.

I already have a website and would like to switch to one of your sites. How do I do this?

We'll set up a temporary site for you so you can customize it how you like. Then when you're ready to switch to your new site, simply point your domain nameservers to our site. We can help you if you're not sure how it's done.

What is a domain name?

A domain name is a unique web site name that identifies your site on the Internet. For example, our domain name is

Can I get a domain name from you?

Yes. After you choose your site design and service plan you'll have the option to purchase a domain name from us. Our Standard and The Works plans come with 1 free domain name as well, and you can choose a name you like at that point as well.

What is web hosting?

Web hosting refers to the place where your website actually resides. Your host enables your site to be accessible to the world via the Internet.

Will my website design be search engine friendly?

Yes. Our websites are all programmed with search engines in mind. We provide a tool in our Control Panel that enables you to add your own keywords, site description and page titles to maximize your site's visibility in the search engines.

Can I get e-mail with my website?

Yes. Our Standard and The Works plans come with 10 email addresses or accounts and a web-based service that lets you check your mail from any computer, in addition to regular email programs like "Outlook" and Mac's "Mail".
